I used to have a very stressed lifestyle. The majority of my day I spent at work stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed. Managing tight deadlines and difficult coworkers made me dread going to work each day. More than that, after long hours at work I came home and had to take care of my family. And to be honest, there was nothing to give. I had no energy. I was empty. My health deteriorated, and I didn't have restful sleep. My heart rate was higher than normal, and next to feeling exhausted, I felt depressed.
One night after working twelve hours that day, I came home and realized that my all life will pass me by without giving my best to the most important people in my life—my family. And that had to change. I didn't want to medicate myself, so I went on a quest to find a solution that consisted of natural remedies and practices. Managing stress became my priority.
And now, after years of researching techniques, attending multiple workshops, and practicing on my own, I found that there is a better and natural way to battle stress than just pop a pill for extra energy or go on chronically depleted. I want to extend that experience to you!
